I just put Kate to bed for the night hours ago.  She was really worn out from all the swimming in the pool and the running everywhere here at home with the other kids today.  We just had Joana’s 10^th birthday party here at home and it was a blast!   

 Can you believe that it has been cold and raining here in Denver for days now and even snowed up in the mountains last night in mid-August?  We really had been wishing for a nice weather today for Joana’s pool party and thanks to God for granting our wishes.  The kids had a wonderful time splish-splashing in the pool while the mommies had fun posing and taking pictures of course.  Boy, we had lots of food and they were all delicious.  Thanks to Gina (Joana’s mom) for providing all the yummy food, she knows for sure how to feed the whole army.  I can tell that everybody left the party with a happy tummy.  I met new pretty bunch of faces (Mai, Tess and Bunny) during the party and they are funny and good bunches, too. It was really nice to meet you, guys. 

 Today was all for the kids, though the mommies had a great time, too.   I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  Have to hit the sack, guys. Goodnight all!
